‘Desperate grab for revenue’: Labor warned over breaking capital gains tax commitment

Shadow Housing Minister James Paterson has warned the Labor Party of breaking their election commitment not to change capital gains tax.

“It will be a very serious breach of faith with the Australian people,” Mr Paterson told Sky News Australia.

“It will be a desperate grab for revenue from a government that can’t keep spending under control.”
