US law enforcement officials believe technology could play a crucial role in solving the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.
The 84-year-old was last seen at family games night and has been missing for seven days.
The night of her disappearance, the doorbell camera was ripped off, but 30 minutes later, officials say motion was detected on the camera’s software.
Investigators say the video was not available because she didn’t have the subscription service.
