The City of La Mesa is planning to expand its sidewalk dining rules to restaurants across the city. Until now, sidewalk dining was only allowed in downtown La Mesa, but a newly approved policy expands it to all commercial zones citywide, opening the door for more restaurants to add outdoor seating.
