After San Francisco 49ers defensive end Keion White attended Super Bowl LX, he was shot in the ankle and taken to the hospital for surgery, according to the NFL team. The NFL team shared in a Feb. 9 statement, "He is currently undergoing surgery at a local hospital. We will provide further updates when appropriate." White was shot around 4 a.m. on Mission Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department. Though investigators determined that the shooting stemmed from an argument, they do not believe White, 27, was part of the disagreement. "A preliminary investigation revealed a verbal altercation occurred between two groups inside a business," authorities told CBS Sports. "The victim was injured when shots were fired by an unknown suspect." Full Story: https://www.eonline.com/news/1428397/nfls-keion-white-shot-in-ankle-undergoing-surgery-after-super-bowl
