Newly released documents have revealed that US President Donald Trump spoke to the Palm Beach police about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
According to the documents, Trump spoke to the police in 2006 about how Epstein’s activities with underage girls were well known.
Maxwell, a convicted sex trafficker, was also described by Trump as Epstein’s “operative” and “evil”.
Trump previously stated he did not know about Epstein’s sex crimes, but the latest documents released by the Department of Justice suggest otherwise.
The documents of Trump’s communications with the police chief were contained in the larger Epstein files recently released by the DOJ.
Despite Trump’s prior claims about Epstein’s activities, the files suggest Trump was one of the first to speak to police in 2006 after the paedophile’s sex charge.
