‘Inside job’: Independent journalist weighs in on ‘bizarre’ Guthrie case unfolding

Independent journalist Brittney Hopper suggests the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie was potentially an “inside job”.
“The story that is coming out in terms of the video that we are seeing, of the possible suspect, the ransom, the $6 million in Bitcoin, I mean, it just keeps getting more and more bizarre,” Ms Hopper told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“This was potentially an inside job; there’s just too much going on, it seems like the suspect really knew who to ask for when it comes to the ransom money.
“This is just such a bizarre story.”
