More than 120 participants join counter-terrorism drill at NUS UTown

More than 120 elite police, frontline officers and community members took part in a counter-terrorism drill at the National University of Singapore. It marks the first Exercise Heartbeat drill of the year, which tests the community’s readiness for emergencies. Minister of State for Home Affairs Goh Pei Ming says a community that is prepared and united can effectively respond to any threat. Noah Kong with more.
