During a Donald Trump rally in Rockland County on Friday, May 22, the second-term president took aim at prominent Democrats who have challenged him. Trump suggested California governor and presumed 2028 presidential candidate Gavin Newsom "dumb" and insulted the intelligence of former president Joe Biden after outlining what he claimed were the results of a cognitive test he took.
