Ukraine has to hunt down Russian missiles before they are launched to survive the war

Ivan explained how Ukraine’s current strategy that he thinks is the most vital – not to try to intercept every Russian ballistic missile but to destroy the mobile launchers themselves (he says there are 100 to 150 such units).

He makes this really interesting “archers and arrows” analogy – rather than trying to shoot down every arrow, Ukraine should destroy the archer before launch.

The particularly interesting detail is the proposed use of Starlink-equiped drones deep inside Russian territory, which I mentioned above. He says Ukraine has asked Elon Musk to allow Starlink to operate on Russian territory for this purpose.
