Republican President Donald Trump is set to announce Monday, Sept. 28 that Mesabi Metallics will build a $15 billion steel mill in eastern Iowa, the White House has confirmed.
According to the White House, it will be the largest steel plant in American history and will create 1,750 permanent jobs in Iowa.
