CNN’s Ben Hunte speaks with Paul Van Hooft, head of RAND Europe Deterrence Initiative, about Putin’s nuclear threat to NATO countries. Also, former George W. Bush national security official Meghan O’Sullivan reacts to Russia’s latest attacks in Ukraine.
