A former high-ranking CIA officer accused of stealing $40 million in gold bars pleaded guilty on Tuesday to wire fraud and faces up to 20 years in prison. In a plea agreement, David Rush confessed to an elaborate scheme defrauding the U.S. government out of nearly $200 million and also admits he exposed a secret intelligence source to a foreign official.
