Hurricane update: Possible power outages and flooding in Florida and more forecast as landfall nears

Conditions are deteriorating quickly on the northern Gulf coast ahead of Hurricane Isaias’ landfall later this evening.
The storm is expected to make landfall this evening near the Florida/Alabama line, although its effects already are being felt and will continue to deteriorate into the evening, according to the National Hurricane Center. Forecasts suggest flooding and power outages as a result of the storm are possible.
