Vaccine advisers to the CDC ended the first day of a two-day meeting that could change the childhood vaccination schedule. A vote on updates to newborn hepatitis B shots was pushed to Friday, when the panel will also review vaccine ingredients and timing. The committee’s members were appointed by HHS Secretary Robert F.
