Family and friends gathered Saturday night for a candlelight vigil to honor the life of one of the victims in a deadly crime spree. Police say Andreas Olguin was shot 11 times near 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road on Nov. 29. While the world moves fast, Olguin’s mother says she remains frozen.
