ICEBlock app creator Joshua Aaron is suing the Trump administration, accusing it of abusing government power and infringing on his free speech by pushing Apple to remove ICEBlock from its app store. Aaron argues that ICEBlock — which was designed to allow users to alert others nearby about public sightings of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in their area — represents constitutionally protected speech, according to a complaint filed in Washington, DC, federal court on Monday.

CNN’s Erin Burnett speaks with Joshua Aaron, creator of ICEBlock and CNN tech reporter Clare Duffy reports. #CNN #News
