"Paws of Redemption," a rehabilitation program, allowing inmates to train at-risk shelter dogs to get them ready for adoption.
"He’s brought humanity to my world and pretty much the yard. He’s given me a reason to wake up in the morning," said Chuck Morel, a Paws of Redemption participant.
