Gunmen opened fire on families celebrating Hanukkah at Bondi Beach, Sydney, in what authorities are calling one of Australia’s worst massacres. The attack occurred during a ‘Hanukkah by the sea’ celebration on the first night of the Jewish festival, with more than 50 shots fired at innocent men, women and children. World leaders including King Charles, the UK Prime Minister, and US President Donald Trump have condemned the terror attack, whilst Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has criticised the Australian government’s handling of rising anti-Semitism.
