A 40-year-old Chinese national accused of housebreaking and theft of jewellery worth almost S$48,000 was brought back to the crime scene in Serangoon. Between 7 and 8 December, the man allegedly broke into three houses in Serangoon Gardens and near Sentosa, while residents were away. Noah Kong reports.
