US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order that will formally classify fentanyl as a “weapon of mass destruction”.
“No bomb does what this is doing. 200,000 to 300,000 people die every year,” Mr Trump said.
“If this were a war, it would be one of the worst wars.
“They’ve destroyed a lot of families.”
