Google announced with its latest update that Android users can talk to 911 dispatchers through a video call, and Scottsdale police have been testing similar technology. If someone calls 911 in Scottsdale, the dispatch will send a text with a link that’ll allow the caller to do a video chat. Steven Sarabia has more onw when it can be useful and not so useful.
