The British Broadcasting Corporation has confirmed it plans to fight back against US President Donald Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit.
This comes after President Trump filed the mammoth lawsuit against the British broadcaster over its 2024 "Panorama" documentary.
Trump sued the BBC for both defamation and for a violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for $5 billion each.
He also claimed the BBC put "terrible" words in his mouth about his January 6, 2021 speech.
The BBC has made clear it plans to defend itself in a court of law against the American president.
"As we have made clear previously, we will be defending this case. We are not going to make further comment on ongoing legal proceedings," a BBC spokesperson told Fox News Digital.
