In a stunning blow to House Speaker Mike Johnson, four GOP lawmakers have agreed to back a Democratic push to extend pandemic-era enhanced Obamacare subsidies. Those four GOP centrists — New York Rep. Mike Lawler and Pennsylvania Reps.
