Paradise Valley Superintendent Dr. Todd Cummings has appealed his school board’s decision to introduce charges against him and their intent to fire him. At the center of the statement of charges is an allegation that Dr. Cummings did not answer truthfully on his PVUSD application when asked whether he had been bought out of a contract or placed on leave.
