A new national poll has spelt trouble for the Democrats as the party tries to rebuild after last year’s election defeat.
A Quinnipiac University survey revealed only 18 per cent of voters approve of how Democrats in Congress are handling their job.
This is compared to 73 per cent of voters who disapproved.
This marks the lowest job approval rating for Congress Dems since the Quinnipiac University Poll launched 16 years ago.
