Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discusses Ford making a U-turn on their EV vehicle push as Trump changes the future of the car industry.
“You’re seeing the Trump team do what a good conservative Republican would want them to do, which is to get out of the business of manipulating the markets,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.
“What we had was a giant perversion or distortion of the market over the course of the last ten years.
“I’m glad to see the Trump administration get back to some free market forces here. I wish they would do it in other places as well.”
