Fox News contributor Joe Concha suspects the Brown University shooting to be a “targeted” attack on the Republican female victim.
“It’s the non-transparency that’s really a big issue here,” Mr Concha told Sky News host James Morrow.
“This appears to be so political now, in terms of protecting the identity of the shooter and not talking about the fact that a girl, who was head of the Republican club at Brown, was gunned down.
“This appears to be targeted, and it appears to be that person who was the target.”
