Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announces new funding for Bondi life-saving clubs.
“They used up a lot of their resources in responding to the crisis that we saw last Sunday," Mr Albanese said.
“I’m deeply proud, indeed, of every hero, as I’m sure every Australian should be, who saved lives.
“In time, we will make sure they’re appropriately recognised.”
