Homes and lives are still under threat as a bushfire continues to burn in the Perth Hills.
The blaze began Thursday afternoon, as firefighters battled to control the fire, which has now been downgraded to a watch and act.
Areas of concern include Jane Brook, Red Hills, and Herne Hill.
Residents are being told to stay up to date on the Emergency WA website.
