Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan says Singapore welcomes a meeting between Thailand and Cambodia, planned for Dec 24. He urges both sides to de-escalate the situation, resume ceasefire talks and resolve their dispute peacefully. Dr Balakrishnan was among ASEAN foreign ministers who met in Kuala Lumpur on Dec 22 to discuss the border conflict.
