Charlie Kirk statue in the Capitol? New resolution introduced | FOX 10 Phoenix

U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs and House Speaker Mike Johnson are backing a resolution to place a statue of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk in the U.S. Capitol.
The proposal, announced Sunday during AmericaFest 2025 in Phoenix, follows Kirk’s assassination in Utah this past September.
While Phoenix officials previously rejected a bridge renaming, state Senate President Warren Petersen has introduced legislation to rename the Loop 202 the "Charlie Kirk Highway."
Following this report, we learn more about medical debt being erased for thousands of Arizonans for the second time this year.
