A tragic aviation incident near Ankara has claimed the life of Libya’s Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Muhammed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad, along with members of the Libyan delegation and the flight crew. The Dassault Falcon 50 private jet crashed shortly after taking off from Ankara’s Esenboga Airport on Tuesday, December 23, while en route to Tripoli.
