Australian Retailers Association Fleur Brown says there’s still “consumer behaviour shifts” through the pandemic times.
Ms Brown told Sky News Australia that there was “concern” about supply chains.
“Those habits sometimes stick, and so we’ve got a more organised shopper now.”
