Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

Investigators on Monday shared new details about the arrest of a farming mogul accused of killing his estranged wife in Pinetop last month.
The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office said Michael Abatti, 63, shot his estranged wife, 59-year-old Kerri Ann Abatti, at her Pinetop home near Bruin Way and Branding Iron Loop on Nov. 20.
During a news conference, Navajo County Sheriff David Clouse said Kerri was born and raised in Pinetop until she married Michael in the 1990s.
Kerri and Michael, who police described as a “generational farmer” in El Centro, California, remained married for about 30 years and built a life for themselves in his hometown, with three children who are now adults and live on their own.
Kerri was reportedly living alone after returning to Pinetop after separating from Michael two or three years ago. First responders were called to the Navajo County home on Nov. 20 after one of Kerri’s relatives called to report a medical emergency, Clouse explained.
