Officials reveal the probable cause of the Swiss bar fire

Officials say they believe they know the cause of the Switzerland Resort Bar fire, which killed an estimated 40 people and injured over a hundred more.
The first images show what is believed to be the moment the ceiling of the Le Constellation bar caught fire.
It shows a number of champagne bottles with sparklers attached.
While officials want to wait for the end of the investigation before confirming the cause, the theory is consistent with early witness accounts.
Investigators say no one bears criminal liability for the blaze yet but have interviewed the two French owners of the bar and will investigate avenues of negligence.
