Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

A Russian strike on Ukraine has reportedly killed two and injured at least 25 people in Kharkiv.
According to the governor of the region, a multi-storey building was hit by two Russian missile strikes.
Russia denies responsibility, suggesting the explosion was caused by Ukrainian ammunition.
Emergency Services have been deployed to rescue more people trapped under the rubble.
