Opposition Leader Sussan Ley is ramping up her call for a federal royal commission into the Bondi Beach terror attack.
She claims Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has missed the opportunity, as he prepares to recall parliament.
She also claims Mr Albanese is looking for any excuse not to hold a federal royal commission into the attack.
