Singapore Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong has expressed grave concern about the US’ military intervention in Venezuela and the longer-term consequences it could pose on the international system. This comes amid what he terms as a "sea change" in global order –
with intensifying US-China rivalry, weaker global trade rules and greater pressure on smaller states. Speaking at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute’s Regional Outlook Forum,
Mr Lee also shared how Singapore can keep itself safe from external threats. Sherlyn Seah reports.
