I decided to make shrimp egg foo young at home and whew… this one was a learning experience 😅
I didn’t follow a recipe, I just went with what I had and what felt right. The flavors were there, but I definitely learned what NOT to do when it comes to shrimp size and filling balance.
In this video I show the ingredients, my process, and talk through what went wrong and what I’d do differently next time. Even when it’s messy, I still love cooking and learning as I go.
