Iran’s top judge has warned of swift legal action against anyone taking part in protests sweeping the nation. Authorities have ramped up their crackdown, with the justice minister labelling anyone on the streets guilty of taking part in an "internal war". More than 2,500 people have reportedly been killed since the unrest began in late December and more than 18,000 others have reportedly been arrested. Jagruti Dave reports from Washington DC.
