‘Prolonged conflict’ in Iran would be an unpopular ‘commitment’ for US military

Democrat lobbyist Nathan Daschle claims a “prolonged conflict” in Iran would be an unpopular commitment.
“I think people would be more supportive of regime change there than elsewhere,” Mr Daschle told Sky News Australia.
“Nobody wants to see the US military make a serious commitment of forces or the US to get involved in some sort of prolonged conflict.”
