Prince Harry to return to London court for battle against the UK tabloids

Prince Harry and other famous faces will be at London’s High Court on Tuesday.
The Duke of Sussex as well as other celebrities, including Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, claim their privacy was breached by the publisher of the Daily Mail and Associated Newspapers Limited.
Lawyers for the claimant had previously sought to amend their case to add new allegations for trial, arguing they should be allowed to rely on evidence that they claim shows the Mail was involved in targeting Princess Kate.
However, the judge ruled the allegation was brought too late before the trial.
The case will be heard in the High Court over the next nine weeks.
