‘Sue your a** off’: Trump’s brutal threat to CBS if they didn’t air full interview exposed

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reportedly issued a stern warning to TV network CBS over an interview with US President Donald Trump.
In audio, obtained by the New York Times, Karoline Leavitt warned ‘CBS Evening News’ anchor Tony Dokoupil that the interview he held with Trump had to air in full or the Trump administration would sue.
The audio was caught from behind the scenes following a 13-minute interview with Trump, with Leavitt conveying a message from the president to the CBS staff.
“He said, ‘Make sure you guys don’t cut the tape, make sure the interview is out in full,” Leavitt said.
“He said, ‘if it’s not out in full, we’ll sue you’re a** off”.
Tony Dokoupil was recorded saying that CBS was doing that, before joking that Trump “always says that”.
