Minnesota leaders have been served with Grand Jury subpoenas by the FBI over allegations of hindering ICE operations.
Minnesota officials subpoenaed include Governor Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
According to Fox News, the subpoenas request the “records and communications” from the officials as anti-ICE protests in Minnesota continue.
The subpoenas are reportedly part of an investigation into “an alleged conspiracy to coerce or obstruct federal law enforcement operations.”
The alleged conspiracy to “obstruct federal law enforcement operations” follows “Homeland Security’s Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota”.
