A group of top employers has been identified for building strong careers for its workers. It includes catering and ground-handling company SATS, as well as accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. They were measured using the Singapore Opportunity Index or SOI. At an event recognising these firms, Manpower Minister Tan See Leng says those on the list send a strong signal of real growth. And that’s amid a competitive talent market where workers are pushed to adapt faster than ever.
