Politico White House Reporter Dianna Nerozzi analyses the ongoing Greenland saga as a “framework” deal has been reached.
“Trump has claimed that he has reached a deal with European leaders on Greenland that will give America access,” Ms Nerozzi told Sky News host Caleb Bond.
“The Europeans and the Americans are now claiming victory.
“This was Trump’s plan all along, to ratchet up the pressure, to make everyone freak out a little bit, and of course, he wasn’t going to use military incursions.
“But, with that threat, he was able to make people come, and at least have this negotiation about security.”
