‘Revival of patriotism’: More young people seen celebrating Australia Day

Skynews.com.au columnist Louise Roberts says there is a “revival of patriotism” as more younger Australians were seen celebrating Australia Day with “real pride”.
“I think patriotism has become cool again,” Ms Roberts told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“I think the people who were pushing to change the date really felt that Gen Z … were going to be the engine room of this.
“But I think young people are really on board with having a weekend and celebrating our fantastic country.”
