The US government is being sued by the families of two men believed to have been killed in a US military boat strike near Venezuela.
Family members of Chad Joseph and Rishi Samaroo have filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
They’re claiming the pair were murdered in an unlawful military campaign on civilian vessels.
The Trump administration has maintained the strikes have always been part of a war against drug cartels.
