‘Grossly incompetent Mayor’: Trump believes the LA wildfires ‘shouldn’t have happened’

US President Donald Trump slams LA Mayor Karen Bass for the Los Angeles wildfire rebuilding permits.
“If they would have let the water flow from the Pacific Northwest … you wouldn’t have had the fires,” Mr Trump said.
“You would have had a little thing called the old-fashioned way, water in the fire hydrants as opposed to empty fire hydrants.
“All those fires wouldn’t have started.
“This mayor who’s a grossly incompetent Mayor.
“All so unnecessary that it happened.”
