Streets in Singapore’s Chinatown lit up today ahead of Chinese New Year celebrations. The Chinatown Festival Committee partnered a local arts company to transform the streets with horse motifs lining the roads to usher in the Year of the Fire Horse. Caitlin Ng reports from Chinatown.
